Isa is responsible for the development of long-term goals for GRM. As its Chairman, he is responsible for the provision of leadership. Isa is a chartered Accountant and a Management and Financial Consultant. He had been responsible for the design of operating procedures and management control systems, including human resource procedures for different establishments. He was part of management contract schemes of different clients companies
in Nigeria.
Ahmed Jingi
(B Sc, MBA, ACA , ACTI)
Ahmed, a graduate of Accountancy from University of Maiduguri and corporate finance specialist, He is a chartered accountant with experience at investment management. As GRM Managing Partner, Ahmed is responsible for general operations and technical duties at GRM. He had successfully structured many intricate financial reporting problems; he has supported the stabilization of a leading pension fund administrator company in Nigeria as pioneer Financial Controller.
Haranji Yakubu
(Bsc, ACA, ACTI)
Haranji is a chartered accountant and a member of CITN. Haranji is responsible for Debt Collection and Reconciliation assignments at GRM, He had wealth of practical experience from the Banks and NNPC where he was privileged to attend relevant training both within and outside Nigeria. Haranji is also an expert in the field of business valuation, oil & Gas accounting and general
system evaluation.
Ahmed Bawa Bello
(Bsc, MBA, MSc, FCA , FCTI, Phd)
Bawa is a specialist in the field of Auditing and Investigation, He is a chartered accountant and Member, CITN. As GRM core resource person, Bawa leads auditing & Investigation as well as training team at GRM. He had successfully structured and pioneered the headship of both Economics and Accounting departments in Federal University of Technology Yola (FUTY). Mr Bawa obtain his Phd in accountancy from Bayero University Kano.
Abubakar Yahaya
(Bsc ,Msc, ACA)
Abubakar is a chartered accountant and a candidate of CFA Institute. He’s responsible for Project Appraisal and Evaluation at GRM. He also worked for a leading pension administrator in Nigeria as head of investment risk management, he developed a maiden risk management frame work for the company. Abubakar also had experience at Centre for Energy Petroleum Mineral and Policy Dundee Scotland UK on undertakes financial analysis of investment in renewable energy for electricity generation.
Kassim Dedeji Yakubu
(B.Sc. ACCA, ACA)
Kassim is an Investment Banker with an in-depth knowledge of Project Finance, Infrastructure Investment and Finance, Transaction Structuring, Public Private Partnership initiatives, Client and Strategic Management and Leadership skills.
Kassim has over 10-years experience in Financial analysis, Investment management and Project Valuation and Investment appraisal.
Kassim is a certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA), and proficient Financial Analyst, undergoing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA- level 2)
Abideen Olarewaju Amusan
(Bsc, MBA, ACA, ACCA)
Abideen is a professional accountant and financial analyst with over a decade working experience in both public and private institutions. He has led several teams providing solutions to clients’ needs in financial reporting, tax management, payroll administration, budgetting and budgetary process, organisational restructuring, business valuation, fixed assets management, among others.
Abdullahi Olayiwola Adebayo
(Bsc ,Msc, ACA)
Abdullahi Adebayo obtained his B.Sc. Accounting from the University of Ilorin. He also holds M.Sc. in Finance. Abdullahi is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a CFA level III candidate, Abdullahi started his career as a junior Consultant at GRM Consulting Limited and later rose to the position of Senior Manager. His interests include investments and technology.
